Service Area
RBH Rehab primarily serves patients across the Central Valley and the southern Sierra region - Porterville, Tulare, Visalia, Lindsay, Exeter, Woodlake, Hanford, Delano, and the surrounding communities, with regular admissions from Bakersfield, Fresno, and as far north as Merced. Our North Main Street location puts us within a short drive of most Central Valley emergency departments, which is why so many of our admissions arrive directly from hospital referrals.
The founding partnership with Porterville Health System remains active, and hospital-to-hospital transfers are coordinated directly with referring clinicians at Sierra View Medical Center, Kaweah Health, Adventist Health Tulare, and Fresno Community Regional, as well as the hospitals of the Kern and Kings County systems. Transfers typically complete within a few hours of the initial call.
Patients traveling from outside the Central Valley are welcome. Our admissions team handles airport pickup from Visalia Municipal, Fresno Yosemite International, and Bakersfield Meadows Field, and coordinates pre-admission logistics so the first day is about arrival, not navigation.
